Has anyone seen this movie? What do you think? I thought it was too long and boring in the first 2 hours and picked up in the end but that the overall payoff wasn't what I expect from a QT movie. I love the scenery and the cars and the people that make appearances like Steve McQueen but in the end he doesn't do anything in the movie he's just a prop so to speak.

I just wanted to hear what anyone else thought because I'm a big QT fan but this one was a miss for me.

I like the Leo and Brad buddy film part but it seems like almost two movies with Sharon Tate being a side plot that didn't go anywhere IMO.

I think you summed up exactly how I felt. In fact, this was the same feeling from all the people that were sitting around me. I’ve like all of QT’s movies. This one was a miss for me.

I felt the same as rai. Too long, beautifully filmed but I didn't really care about any of the characters. The ending was cool but that doesn;t make the film great. Oh well. It was a fun evening out.

I enjoyed nearly all of it, great film. I like the character development that QT exhibits throughout his films and this one did that very well in my opinion. Watching a film like "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" was a nice break from the overload of super hero movies.

I’m here for the Chuck Hess rundown.

Watching the main characters kill off the Manson followers was worth the price of admission.

3 out of 4 stars but had potential to be 4 if it wasn’t so drawn out on character development

I really enjoyed it and agree that it was really long. It didn’t have the sharp dialogue I was hoping it would have, but I enjoyed it for what it was. In this day and age, it’s nice to see someone think outside of the box and present an original idea. I guess just like pinball, not every movie needs to be a remake or a licensed property.
