They ruined DirecTv...I just dropped them after customer of 10 years. They had my credit card for autobiling and sent me invoice and movies guide every month. When I cancelled account, they sent me a letter in the mail stating that the email address they had on file was not active (we moved two years ago and they had new email since then and never had an issue) and a debit card with the credit adjustment for partial months service (despite having my credit card on file for autopay). Then, theee weeks later I get another debit card for refund in the amount of $5.61. No idea where that came from.
Directv used to have great customer service. Now that it's rolled into ATT, fugghedaboutit!
