Actually all my pins went into storage this week to stage my house to sell.
I'm not at all wishing you bad luck , but if you get behind on the rent on your storage units, I will definitely be their to bid on them !!!

When I had storage lockers they always had a key pad inorder to enter the property. They charged a late fee after 1 day then another late fee after 3 days and the after 7 days they charged another late fee and blocked your password so you couldn't enter the property. They were very strict on paying late. I seen a lot of storage auctions happen but never seen anything but left over junk that the renter didn't want to hall away.
