When using a storage unit with a ground level garage door. It is a wise idea to place your stuff up on pallets. The added 7 to 8 inches in height will save your stuff from any small flooding.

Lol "and unknown."
When I had storage lockers they always had a key pad inorder to enter the property. They charged a late fee after 1 day then another late fee after 3 days and the after 7 days they charged another late fee and blocked your password so you couldn't enter the property. They were very strict on paying late. I seen a lot of storage auctions happen but never seen anything but left over junk that the renter didn't want to hall away.
What are you trying to say? Auction hunters isn't real they find great stuff every episode
Please don't shatter my illusion.
Our old shop neighbors appeared to buy storage units. Just seemed like junk everywhere they they ended up throwing away.
There weren't driving around brand new trucks or Caddies so it's not as lucrative as it appears on TV

Yes, but on tv the "talent" get $30,000 an episode just to be there.
Secondary characters in scripted cable drama make 30k an episode.
Reality TV stars might make a few grand.

"Darrell is reportedly up in arms over the network’s alleged decision to cut his salary in half. While Darrell used to secure roughly $30,000 per episode for the 30-minute series, insiders close to the reality-TV star claimed A&E is planning to pay him $15,000 per installment during the new season."

I popped the question to my girlfriend of 6 years and we are looking for a bigger house
Congrats Zippy!

Poor baby. What a douche. I wonder how that meeting went. I imagine something like this:
A&E: "Darrell, you're a douche and nobody likes you, we are 1/2ing your salary"
Darrell: "That's a bad decision, all day long!"
