I looked for them on Pinball Resource but didn't find anything that looked like those. Hope this is at least the tiniest bit helpful.

I got one from Pinball Resource! They're not on the website, but I bought one from the guy about two months ago (he has a LOT of stuff that isn't on the website). If I remember right, it was under a tenner. He might still have some!
