I'd first check the tension on the fuse holders and reseat and/or clean the backbox jones plugs.

Probably want to check the fuses also. Another thing that seems obvious but easy enough to overthink.
I'm sure these type of things may seem redundant but I just went through my Bally Bow and Arrow. A lot of the annoying little issues were related to connectors and fuse holders.
