Hey all! The mode is set as “player select” in the settings, but can’t figure out how to actually start it. How do you start it? Thank you!

Yep... the Stein Race tent mode forces you to play one-handed. Also, via operator adjustment, you can configure the machine to ALWAYS play one-handed (this is primarily a gimmick/novelty configuration, although potentially it could be valuable to players missing their left arm) or to allow players to select one-handed play as desired (holding both right-side buttons when starting the game). We wanted to provide some additional value to the extra cabinet button besides just magnet control. The extra button also comes into play during the Tap It video mode.

    In the Oktoberfest thread.

It is tough to play using the 2 right flipper buttons , I could see this as a great party mode .

I got this mode going at Allentown this year. At first it was confusing as hell but after a few flips is was pretty cool.

Thanks guys! I know it’s an option to turn on, but is it something you can select as a player before the game starts? Any magical combo of buttons If you want to play a full game in single hand mode?

    Thank you!

This mode will be on display at Pintastic New England 2019, in the Vendor Hall.

In current code release you need to enable 'player selected' in Settings->Features for one handed play. This is a new option for one handed play vs 'yes and no'. When started it applies to all players.
