Seller is at Fault, period. Even if buyer #2 hounded the seller to hell and back, the seller could have just as easily said NO! He could have not answered Buyer 2's phone and emails or whatever. Pretty sure the seller got greedy and went for the extra bucks. So to me the full blame and asshole award goes to the seller with buyer 2 being used by the seller as a scapegoat.
