I have always been treated fairly by my employers. My union that I am required to be part of only protects me from abuse that is already prohibited by state and federal labor laws. For that I get to pay them $979 per year.

I do not have anything good to say about UPS. They let the drivers here keep the trucks at home over the weekends because we are far from the depot. If you are getting a box on Friday and miss the truck it will be monday before you get it. No chance to pick it up at the depot because it will be sitting in the drivers yard in the truck.
