Personally I would just pick up a flipper rebuild kit for the game. It includes the switches plus the other parts that normally wear as well.
That being said, if you just want the switches the manual will have the part number for them. If you don't have the manual, you can download a copy from here: http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?id=804
