    Calling all Canadians!
    Is there anybody out there?

    image.jpgimage.jpg

    #2 11 years ago

Yup. Canuck in California. Love pinball, eh?

    #4 11 years ago

We are here. Lots of Canucks use Pinside. Check the Pin Map, Eh. East Van Halen Rules.

    #5 11 years ago

    AC/DC on my wishlist.
    Pro or Premium?

    #7 11 years ago

You should be able to get that new in the box,in your back yard

    #10 11 years ago

    Hockey or Rush?

    #11 11 years ago

    +1 for Canada.

    Oh, and ACDC Pro.

    #13 11 years ago

    +2

    #14 11 years ago

Go with the "pro" more faster than premium

    #15 11 years ago

Present. And I say go for AC/DC Premium.

    Edmontonian here

    #20 11 years ago

    okotokian here

    #21 11 years ago

AC/DC Premium seems to sell for... a Premium here in Canada. The Pro pices seem at least approximately in line with what people are quoting for US Sales, but $6900 for ACDC Premium seems a bit steep (when you take into account 12% tax).

Is it worth it? Its up to you. Even after pinflation ~8K will buy you almost any used game out there, or more likely 3-4 used games.

Maybe I just have not been quoted the "best price out there". But the cost of a NIB AC/DC premium seems steeeeep to me. Let there be fat ass bankrolls

    Greetings from Ottawa!

Leduc is not Edmonton, yet. We're coming to annex you soon though...

I tried to become a Canadian rather than move to WI. Turns out I had to fill out all the paper work in Buffalo. Tell that to a 17 yr old living in downtown Ottawa with little money. Worked at a Tim Hortons for 9 months till visa ran out though.

Loved the downtown scene in the mid 90's good stuff. Even went to the EX once lol.

    #25 11 years ago

Nothing is more Canadian than the Red River EX.

Quebecers don't get it, but that can be said for many things.

Oh, and +1 for AC/DC Pro.
Or Premium if you poop money.

Agreed. I grew up in leduc(lived there for 18 years). When I moved to Calgary for school and everyone asked "where are you from" I said Leduc. Their reply? "You mean Edmonton" .... uh no, I'm not from Edmonton, don't you dare say that.

    #33 11 years ago

While not a Canuck, I can definitely appreciate our neighbors to the north.

Growing up in range of the CBC feed out of Windsor for Molson Hockey Night in Canada meant I gained a true appreciation for good hockey broadcasting. It's where I learned that the name of our city actually has *three* syllables....

    "De - troy - it"!

BIG NHL fan........I've been to Canada many times. Always good times. Winnipeg was a blast to see games when the North Stars left.

    #38 11 years ago

    #1 baby!
    Gallagher is killing it.
Playoffs will be the real test...

It was only a matter of time before a Canadian thread turned to hockey. Ha.

Are you implying that you drove 16 hours round trip to see a hockey game?

If so, you deserve an honorary Canadian passport.

Hey Man ... I've been traveling in the U.S.A since I was a kid, mostly South Florida and NYC. Americans have always made me feel welcomed and a part of them, and I sure will do the same anytime! If you're ever in Montreal in the winter let me know we'll catch a hockey game.
