I'm a pro owner who modded it like crazy to get it as LE-worthy as possible. The hard part (for me) is getting the ramp lights on. There are good options out there but its real work getting the ramps off and punching holes through the ramp plastic. There are options to tape them to the ramps but those never works out well for any period of time as the adhesive would break down and the lights would fall out of place.

Really the only mod that is better than the custom ramp lights is the greatest pinball mod of all time (imo), the Tron arcade that has a video screen built in.

Anyways, if I had to do it all over again, I would go the LE route. Good luck!

Curious issue with my Tron Pro. The left slingshot coil will fire almost every time I press the left flipper button. Sometimes with the right flipper as well, but not nearly as often or consistently. Diagnostics don't show any issues with the flipper switch or sling coil. The sling will fire normally during play when a ball hits it. It's mostly just annoying that it double fires with the flipper(s) and also adds some score every time.

I checked under the playfield(I'm pretty novice) and didn't see anything out of the ordinary with the wiring. Just looking for any clues or advice on how to diagnose this on my own.

Hey thanks! I think that was it. I don't have a proper gap tool, but I carefully used a needlenose plyers to adjust the switch that looked like it had the smallest gap. So far with testing the sling no longer fires with the flipper. I guess the vibration force from the flipper was enough to trigger the sling leaf switch?
