Reading this thread makes my mods seem pedestrian. But I'm still just getting warmed up! So far on my LE I've got:
Kimball's LED backbox
Kimball's LED flipper buttons
Kimball's LED recognizer (working off the motor voltage)
Kimball's speaker LED set
Pinbits colored protector set
Pinbits pop bumper caps
Cliffy's full protector set
Eric's mini-cab
Flynn's sign
Full Flipper Fidelity speaker kit with Polk sub amplifier ONLY (FF sub runs off Polk amp)
I have the Hallmark light cycles ready to install, but still need to do that (had to glue a broken arm back, so decided to wait tonight until that set).
I can't decide if I want to do a ColorDMD on it or just switch to a blue DMD.
Also have a car amp I'm going to try swapping out for the Polk amp to see if that same level of quality can be done a lot cheaper. We'll see. I think so.
I have one of the older volume up/down rocker switches made to go in the Tournament button hole and wire inline on the coin door, but newer Sterns don't have the plug anymore than you need to go between. So I'm going to figure out a way to make that work anyway, as I really want an external volume control.
My recognizer arm was REALLY ugly with some fairly significant looking corrosion out of the box. Gonna pull that and probably just do a nice flat black paint job on it. Thinking it would look better "gone" than "standing out" somehow, and thus the black. Open to other thoughts here.
Probably going to do under-cab lighting. Haven't decided if I want it tied to something on the playfield or just a solid color. I'm really thinking solid would be fine, but I kinda wanna play with a Pig2 anyway. So not sure here yet. Thinking a Pig2 would be better for the light cycles rather than lit up all the time, too.

What was the issue in swapping it? Curious because I am picking up a blue armor set (with EL backlight already installed). Was the swapping of the siderails / hinges an issue, or adding the EL light?

Holy Crap, check my old disc out! Thanks to Dagron9 stopped out to play some pins and brought me a replacement disc with the clear rubber! WoW that ball fly's around, TrilogyB and I just played a game, it was flying out so fast it was ricocheting all the way through the Quorra+Gem lane, NICE!

I actually think it is reasonably priced given all the time and $$$$$ he has put in to it. How much are LEs going for recently? This seems like a relative bargin compared to those and I personally think it looks better with all the sweet 1 of a kind mods. Flanker, are you willing to sign it along with the sale?

No it's not reasonably price whatsoever lololol. I have lots of mods on mine, shaker, sub, Flynn sign, Eli kit, light cycles, arcade mod, etc. Mine was mid 6000CAN...
Center is obviously selling at "Neo" price...
I have no idea what total mods are on it but I bet it is nearing 3000 in mods? Many of those appear to be completely custom and 1 of a kind?
Tron is out of my price range but seems that people go nuts over sweet modded out examples. Hell, just because flanker owns it makes it worth more. The guy is Legend ary.

I listed my TRON FS on Ebay for 11K....for a few reasons
1) The 10K by christmas slogan shall become obsolete
2) I want to buy an factory stock TRON pro and do it all over again
3) Prove once and for all the Pro version is better/more valuable than the LE. <--- just mess in 
Lets be honest, my price seems pretty fair when you consider I put fresh rubbers on the flipper bats the other day.

or maybe like one of these? vvvvvvvvwhen the tron pin was first announced i was really hoping and praying for something like this...... black light reactive, inserts would glow, ramps might glow, glow, glow, glow. i was still happy with the light up ramps, but dammit it coulda been HUGE with the possibility of uv reactive pf art/etc.

Those rails and brackets look sweet. Picking up a Tron this week, are those pieces one offs, or are they available?
