We unfortunately get the same bullshit treatment here in Australia with some suppliers. But then others are great to deal with and the prices are decent.
Maybe you can look at a freight forwarder? For us here in Australia, we can ship to a central location for Auspost that then sends our consolidated parcel to Australia and the freight is a hell of a lot cheaper.

If the coil is stock on, can you make sure the switches are not closed. aka the rubber is too tight or the switch has to be adjusted. If the switches are open and the coil is firing and holding, then you have to work your way back up to the board....

I didn't install the mirror blades yet, this is the last thing that I install on the machine, but I have a few pictures about this, I attach these

Those mirror blades look different than the ones you had laid out with the other parts a couple pages back? I was thinking of getting those with the T, but was curious how the mirrored ones with the big disc looked installed. Either are nice, but I’m torn about it. Same with the speaker decal you have too. We appear to have the same taste. Definitely looking forward to seeing your game from every angle once you’re done with it.

No. That is off my Blackout mod for Star Trek.
Standoffs for the GI Dimmer, extended screws, and a 3pin header for an extra ground.

I figured on and off helps. The lighting throws it off a bit and I wanted to show the actual look.

The standoffs, screws are to secure the board under the PF. If you rarely move your machines; probably not needed. I don't use them myself.
The additional header would be advisable once you loose your MFG warranty. It's mitigation to "burning" pins like seen on STNG WMS machines. The extra ground would help keep current flows to a minimum. See the install docs for the reason why.

A mod bit me.
I have 3 Great Lakes Modular SPL-KIT Star Post Light Boards under star posts at this sling, configured to flash when the sling coil fires.
One of the light boards' GND wire had frayed & was touching the neighboring coil solder pad.
