Quoted from rai:. The announcer guy is super flat. He should show more emotion and excitement.
That’s the point.
The building mech is impressive. The bridge is fantastic.
How does Keith manage to get all these incredible things in his game?
Quoted from Scandell:Hey you know what? That’s totally true. Funny turn of events. I actually decided to keep the Godzilla LE. Hahaha. Now I’m truly a “flip-flopper”
Bet you’re happy with that decision now.
Did I just see a shot go from the right flipper, behind the upper left flipper, loop across the pf, back around behind the right pop and back to the left flipper????? The shot flow on this is next level.
The clip integration is spot on. Captures Godzilla perfectly. Already this is the new benchmark for asset integration..
Quoted from flynnibus:Insider toast messages is pretty abrupt
That was annoying especially with the sound - reminded me of annoying messages popping up on your phone when on a phone call or Zoom meeting.
Edit: I’m sure you’ll be able to disable the pop ups.
Quoted from waynetrane:Love everything of the machine premium up, - but the music is Stern like extremly loveless and weak.
I'll still buy it in the hope of swaping the music in the software later.
There are so many nice stuff on YouTube from the movies 1954-1975.
I was actually thinking that Stern had stepped up the music. They’ve got the main theme music, a token licensed track, and the rest seemed like good custom stuff. Unless there’s heaps of other iconic Godzilla music I’m not aware of?
Quoted from fooflighter:So is this pre-production or is this (what appears to be) paper city scape going to be the standard? Or is this sticker coated plastic...hard to tell
I was hoping for a vacuum formed background. This looks like the glue came undone on the seam folds and the building has what appears to be tears in it.
This was from the factory photos https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rae05gdrdbyu040/AAAUXLYJ7ZUlrhzA9Zz1UBo4a/Hi%20Res%20Gallery/Premium/Details-Strobe?dl=0&preview=Godzilla-Premium-Details-Strobe-30.JPG&subfolder_nav_tracking=1
[quoted image]
The features list shows Vacuum moulded city scape backboard so that must just be the sample game.
Screenshot 2021-09-21 112826 (resized).jpgQuoted from MajorDrainer:The official trailer says 'Can Godzilla Save the Earth'.
I can only hope this catchy tune is from Godzilla vs The Smog Monster (Hedora) is incorporated somehow...maybe final wizard mode?
Catchy indeed. Love it. Agree - Needs to be in the game somewhere.
Quoted from Mando:In regards to the diverter, the issue is it really can only be different when lock is lit. Reason being the through the building shot changes to a up kicker to the top of the building, unless that has a way to spit the ball back out?
It a shame and I hope I am wrong because I dont really see the point of diverting the balls only in that moment.
Always been my biggest gripe about the Pro/premium tiers - all the rules must be dumbed down to the pro level to keep the game consistent. Means any different mechs in the premium are always underutilized just because of this arbitrary restriction.
Here’s the foil on Gz LE.

Quoted from mahony:I need to make sure I'm logged out at the end of my game. If you happen to stay logged in, the next players will be using your id's and many won't realize it.
Guessing that only happens on free play and with paid play you have to scan each time you start?
Quoted from m00nmuppet:Yeah, that's where they're likely to tidy up the code for quicker magnet releases, right now it holds the ball for what seems like several seconds, they could knock that way down, especially when it's the 2nd+ time doing it the same game.
I noticed that on the launch stream but it looks like it needs to hold it long enough for the ball to stop moving. Otherwise it defeats the purpose of the magnet ie. to hold the ball for a controlled release to the flipper. Not sure how long they can shorten the hold before the release becomes random.
Quoted from WizzardRob:what does this mean?
- Magna Grab - release no longer does ball stabilization pulsing
- Godzilla Magnet - magnet will no longer do the "flick" pulse when multiball is running
Quoted from Palmer:Lots of magnet notes. I wonder if this will solve the issue with overheating after playing for awhile.
Sounds like that’s for the overheating- be interesting to hear if it affects the consistency of the ball release.
