I hope they dont do a TWD approach again....that was a shitty deal. I think that was also around the time Gary said no more premiums....only pro and LE moving forward.

I agree...it just was odd TWD was the only machine that didn't have a Premium announced at the time of release. I keep checking this thread about every 5 minutes....hoping Stern would release official details to coincide with the new trailer release...plus the new magazine ad....

It worked well to get the LE's sold, but it ended up being such a great pin that it would have never mattered, like GB.
It was confusing....some said Gary said no more premiums, but I thought some people thought he meant that towards AC/DC or Metallica runs? Others (and myself included) took it as he would no longer do premiums...simplify the models. Then at some point, it was said (conveniently around the TWD Premium was announced) they wouldn't do premiums...unless they saw fit to do. I'm pretty sure something was said about no more premiums being made at one point....which would explain why TWD didn't have a premium announced at launch

The video Stern released yesterday on their FB page...you could clearly hear call outs from the first movie....and I thought I heard some samples from the second movie? You can also clearly hear Ernie Hudson talking too.

Since AC/DC was such a hit, they did Luci....I just wonder if they will do something like that? They never claimed Luci was an LE, but Luci was a very small run. I could see them doing something like that again.

Im listening to Trudeau right now at TPF. John said he purposely left Vigo out of GB because he found Vigo to evil for him.
John said the proton beams were to expensive during design, but thinks itll be an add on at some point.
