Does anyone think its kind of funny how Stern is releasing an original Ghostbusters themed pin at around the same time the new Ghostbusters movie is being released? I have to believe its just coincidence, but it almost feels like a slap in the face to the new movie. (And Im ok with that since this new movie is a slap in the face to the original franchise.) It's like, "yeah, we know the new movie is coming out and we could have done a pin for that, but the old one is way better."

except for the number of people who will play or see the pin is infinitely smaller than those who will see or know about the new movie.

Playing Lego Dimensions Ghostbusters with my kid this weekend. All of the voices are pulled directly from the movie.
Doesn't mean the game will be the same, but at least the license to use the original voices is obtainable.

a little more open than creech, but with trudeau games they each are so different as he likes to try new things which is risky but great if they come off - reckon this one will in a big way. Just having 4 in-lanes to the flippers is rare if not done at all on a standard with game. Am hoping the flipper spacing is wider like creech and other games.

How would that work on a standard body game? A non standard shooter lane? Does the white wood show a traditional shooter lane?

on alot of games between the shooter lane and the rhs outer drain lane is a 10-12.7mm timber, replace that with potentially a 1mm SS strip and you have 9-11.7mm up your sleeve

here is my topper, already started a Slimer. It's a $60 AUD slimer with a custom base that will be black and house hidden green led strip so to glow green upwards but only had white at the moment and the base is currently translucent clear so whole thing glows but still needs to be finished.
Slimer is 7inches tall and is floating above the trap on a clear acrylic post and on a spring so very cool and wobbles. The base has a hidden recess for leds, mounting holes and rear exit for wiring will be available from Shapeways soon for anyone wanting to do a do it yourself topper with this type of slimer - whole topper cost under $150. I will have one small strip at the back maybe to GI and then ones at the front hooked up to the ghost trap feature in the game - as has to be one of those.
Will do a little "how to" so other people can do it.

So what are we speculating these days in terms of an announcement timeline? Is Stern going to make it through 90+ days of the whole every-game-they've-ever made info-cards (which I'm enjoying reading) and then a GB reveal?
(That would be sometime in May if they only do the info-cards on weekdays)
Seems like announcing prior to TPF would be more likely but maybe I'm suffering from a case of uncharacteristic optimism.
