Interested in seeing how this plays out. Time line being different puts a different dynamic into play. Sept 2023 is right after school starts, so may interfere with attending. At least kids won't be able to attend, possibly wife as well. That might rule it out for me. We enjoyed the family aspect, despite the accommodations.

We had a blast this year.
Kids really enjoyed the pool and bands. Brass band on Friday and Foo Cover band on Saturday. Great for them to have the video game options.
Food options outside hotel were nicer than in the past.
Homebrew room was a ton of fun.
Couple of great creations. We really enjoyed magic forest, poker, and circuit meltdown.
Was amazing to be able to play GTF, Pulp Fiction, Foo Fighters and Venom. Nice to see some well cared for games, especially a fully working Johnny Mnemonic.
Club rooms were a highlight, and refreshing temps at that. Lots of great games, many you don't see outside of private collections.
Hotel was a big step up. Warm in certain places, but easy to move about.
It would be awesome to see a swap meet or something similar planned for future. Nothing crazy, and maybe another vendor of parts and/ or bulbs.

A great show has all vintages on pins.
Its awesome to see all the different machines from EM's to modern fresh out of the box games.
There are so many great EM's as well as crappy modern games. It's fun to play them all

Texas is a high bar. I've been to both. Its very close between the two shows
The move this year, took Pintastic to another level. It'll be hard to get to the Texas level without expanding to a larger venue. But the time frame going forward, the better option for me and my family is Pintastic.
