Called tech support, put the phone in the cabinet so he could here, yep faulty fan. They are sending out a new power supply, just not sure this will not happen again, maybe a bad batch of components from vendors?? Rest of the game is great and super pretty. Little bummed, but as long as it get covered, I can live with it, just not thrilled.
It isn't fun to have some issue with your new machine. But that is pinball. Like smitherssp said, having a good partner in AP is much better than winning the everything arrived tip top or you are on your own lottery.
