IMHO this has little to do with the tools that they use to make the art and everything to do with the restrictions of the license.

You're right. They did a lot of sloppy stuff. I'm talking more about the overall direction for the playfield art at a conceptual level.

Hopefully some of the slop gets fixed between now and a real, screened playfield. We saw a little bit of that with the Kiss translite.
