You should do the same sort of campaign for all the pin manufacturers ... except change it to 'Where's the machine(s)?'

Quoted from KLR2014:Custom speech from Game of Thrones actor Rory McCann as Sandor Clegane, (The Hound)
I hope this line is in the game ... great scene.
"I understand that if any more words come pouring out your c**t mouth, I'm gonna have to eat every f**king chicken in this room."
Judgement reserved until game has been played.
That said ... Pro looks like typical Ritchie. Will play fast and mean. Premium looks the way to go if I had an extra 10K laying around.
Quoted from pinballophobe:I personally think they should just kill off the pro and sell strictly the prem n LE giving the play field differences from the pro.
As an operator, please do not do this. Pinball on location is expensive enough to maintain as is.
Quoted from InfiniteLives:It is not any castle or area in the show/books... i mean shouldnt it be based on something?
Why do you say that? There are castles in GoT. And dragons.
Quoted from Baiter:"Earn gold and spend it on needed weapons and features"? No one in GoT is trying to earn gold to get weapons, it's like the designers are treating this game as a generic D&D platform. This is a good example of the root cause behind the negative reaction - the entire package doesn't feel like Game of Thrones.
You know what the Iron Bank is in GoT? Do you know why Cersei contacted them? It wasn't to deposit all the money she had.
Gold/Commerce plays a huge factor in GoT.
Just sayin'.
Quoted from Baiter:But Game of Thrones is not about fighting dragons in castles (at least not for the first 5 seasons or first 5 books). I would have themed that playfield about fighting whitewalkers, which is one item that is very specific GOT but just doesn't exist except for backboard art
There have been very few battles with the White Walkers, especially outright war with them. That's a future that has not happened yet. Winter is coming.
Dragons were involved in many battles in GoT (Remember Harrenhal?). The Targaryens' rode them in battle. And they will again
Quoted from LyonsRonnie1:Is that the burned out castle?
Harren thought the walls of his massive castle could withstand any assault, but he did not realize that dragons could simply fly over them. In the Burning of Harrenhal, Aegon used his dragon Balerion to roast King Harren and all of his sons alive within their own tower. Harrenhal was blasted with dragonfire and left half-ruined.
Quoted from Jvspin:It would have been great if they offered a "Winter is Coming LE" with artwork that encompassed the Starks, Winterfell and the White Walkers.
Stay tuned for the premium.
Quoted from DefaultGen:The most recent pros have have magnets, physical locks, shots behind flippers, Sparky, a prison that opens up, spinning discs, captive balls, multiple flippers... I don't understand anyone arguing that all Stern pros look this basic and all exist solely on code like this will.
GoT Pro has a physical ball lock. And a kick back. And a 'captive ball' in the battering ram. And drop targets.
Not defending anything, just correcting some things.
Quoted from kaneda:Wow, the real thing looks 10x better than the renders. I think we're all gonna be happy with the actual pin.
Say it isn't so! The Pinside mob decrying a pin with all the fervor they can muster on a pin no one has played? Surely they have to be right?
Quoted from Pimp77:Nobody was "decrying" the pin,
I must have been reading a different thread then ...
Quoted from o-din:Rembrandt painted quite a few masterpieces.
I've always been partial to Monet, and the inspired by Group of Seven.
On topic, a GoT Pro may be headed out on location. It looks fast. Like, really fast.
Quoted from kst8cat:I'm curious has the distributor price actually gone up $600 since its release as well, or has it been a smaller increase than that?
Ours up north had jumped like crazy because of the dollar. I bought a Tron Pro NiB, and a Kiss Pro NiB. The difference was almost 3K. The distributor had nothing to do with it, I'm sure they made the same profit off each.
