I'm guessing most likely they're not but that's the excuse lately. I mean a show with some graphic violence and sex would have serious issues about cab art? It's not like they were putting porn on the cab either, the mock up was the coat of arms from one of the houses. I don't know maybe it's not commonsensical after all. I just hope with each one of our release outrages something is learned by these pinball makers.

Or better yet, what if you code many different sword fighting sequences that spawn depending on what house mode you are pursuing? Say for example, the sword training between Ayra Stark and Syrio Forel?

We could probably pick 3 good examples from every house (whether you are playing as that particular house, or whether you are trying to complete that house mode). If they were to sort of take the sword fighting scenes and make it "stop motion" and add in some custom animation to the sequence, this mode has the potential to be pretty awesome and one that people would opt to play more often.
And imagine it with full HD video on an LCD.

This weekend we are having the European pinball championship in Belgium.
Today we received a preproduction Game of Thrones pro that was transported to us by air over the weekend.
Tomorrow 8pm we will live stream some game play with one of the players being Lyman Sheats. (he's one of our guests this weekend). Duration about one hour.
Gary Stern and Greg Freres will also be there later on in the weekend with a little seminar during our EPC diner.

I anted ST to be an LCD, it was possible but I'm not killing it because that was 2 years ago and the old system SAM which had been around for a decade.
Now this is on a new system, two years later than ST. I would expect a LCD.
I know Stern ships pins, always ships like clockwork. But for once I would rather have them do less rush work and put a real LCD or even a color DMD in the game. They could have some VE editions to ship if they need to keep shipping like Tron, SM etc.. to fill the time, but sooner or later I expect they will put a LCD in a pin, I just thought this was the best opportunity and The Hobbit killer. But not really.

Your wish will be partly granted. Game of Thrones PRO debutes on the European Pinball Championship this weekend.
Lyman Sheats will help set up the machine and plays the machine for the first time tomorrow thursday 1 october.

I don't necessarily want Stern to come out with a TV screen LCD in the backbox like WOZ (which I have) but have colorization in the DMD with higher resolution.

Great news then about the game of thrones being at the European pinball championships
Myself (Roy Wils) will be there, 10 years ago i won the epc.. It would be the time to regain that win again after a decade 
yesterday i was walking And playing the games at modern pinball nyc and 2morrow n belgium in order to Qualify for the finals.. Wish me luck.. Cant wait to meet my pinball friends 2morrow and playing some game of thrones for the first time 2morrow

I can't think of any reason that dark-haired wildling woman needs to be present on this game at all. She was in what, 2 episodes?
They're really digging deep to try to put some sex appeal on this one...

Whelp, I was already out due to the PF art, but this Premium cabinet art doesn't do anything to make up for it, so I'm still out.
OK. Normally I am an LE guy, but I like the North characters on the show and I like the looks of the Premium better than the LE. Looks like a Premium for me. Hopefully they come out with optional side rails like they have on other recent games.
Obviously the main bad elements of the art are still there, but I like the dark color scheme and snow on this one overall way better. No idea why anyone would buy an LE with this revealed now.

This is the superior art package out of the 3 verisons BY FAR..... Leaving Mance Rayder (King Beyond the Wall) off the cabinet art (in favor of 2 photos of The Lord of Bones) is pretty perplexing. But it's nice to see white walkers, John Snow & Ghost, & the nice subtile changes to the playfield art. Definitely has a "North" overall feel to the entire machine. Thumbs up!
Now I'm becoming a little more interested. Need to see that Prem/LE gameplay now.....
Think this is the first time they have ever had playfield artwork different between LE and Premium. Very interesting...
Where's Yrgritte? Take one of the wildlings off of the backglass and put her on there!
I wasn't in for GoT to begin with, but I wouldn't be surprised if the premium art gives a push to those on the fence. Subtle for the most part, but rather significant in getting rid of the gradient. I like the chain-mail in that spot. I don't know much about the show, but I look forward to playing an LE or Premium. Looks to be a great game despite all the complaints.
Well at least they broke a leg trying...thank you SR, still love you man regardless of the art. 
Screw it I'll say it: This game looks kick ass now.
