Popped in last nite to see what was going on! Said hi to Borygard, Korn & She-Korn, met Derek (MusketD) and Chris from Cointaker! Played Star Trek, that ICE Flintstones, and a few games in the free play room! Was too tired to keep going...I'll be back in a few hours for seminars! Wooo!

I pre-ordered the second after I played it. 
It's more than a mod...it's a whole new game. The effort that went into it - wow, worth it. I paid $1200 for my BOP ...with this kit I have a new modern dmd game for about $2500. Reasonable by today's price standards IMO.

Big that to all of you guys taking the time to help out those of us who are at home wishing we were there.
It's really cool and plays nice - but the cab/translite art is terrible (Gottlieb Premiere style) and the voices are just gawd awful - it's a whole game staring Shittybeast from Xmen. Long rambling non stop monotone monologues.
Rewrite/rerecord the voices & redo the cab/translite art and it's a winner!

No. Intentional camp is one thing (Scared Stiff, AFM)...bad acting is another. They're not professional voice over artists or competent amateurs & it shows. Compare that to BOP 2.0 which screams "Professional!!!!" The good thing is - bad voices are easy to replace....but will they? I hope. The effort that's gone into that game deserves better.
Oh and replace the cab/translite art too.

I heard that someone in Northern California bought it. Hopefully they'll bring it to CAX and other California shows.

Friday night was the Star Trek party in the other room - so the Marco guys were in there w/ their ST games. They told me to come back to the vendor room when it was over and they'd sell me some Super Bands. We met up later, but there were only red & white Super Bands left. All the colors were avail again on Saturday, though...I bought them then!
