Evan has an LE at Orange County Pinballs. It's setup at the Open Market OC down in Mission Viejo if you want to check it out or play it. Plus it has the topper. I played a couple games on it this weekend and it is in excellent condition.

Be prepared to pay premium prices with poor customer service… Good luck finding one.

Not sure who you're referring to, but Evan has always given me great deals and excellent customer service.

Not my experience… I’ve purchased 3 high dollar machines from him. Had a warranty issue and I had to constantly follow up with him. It should of been the other way around.

Side note: Are you Evan?

I tried to buy a game from him after a show in San Diego. He offered $250.00 off the MSRP price but still was going to charge sales tax. I told him most distros tend to offer $500.00 off price with no sales tax. He said no and it was a take it or leave it (I didn't buy the game). I not saying that he has high prices or bad service, I'm just saying better prices from others.

Stern Pirates

Nope, not Evan. But it sounds like my experience has been totally different. When my Star Wars topper didn't work right out of the box and Stern didn't fix it after sending it to them, he swapped it with one of his that did work so that I didn't have to deal with Stern again. And when he delivered my new Mando premium a few weeks ago, they found that the speakers were blown during set up. He called Stern and I had new ones in a couple of days. Who knows, maybe he likes me better

I sold him a high dollar machine,He drove here picked it up paid full price and didnt try to beat me up at all.A very pleasant experience for me.

I've bought and traded many pins with Evan and always had a great experience as well. I purchased a NIB Led Zeppelin premium from him recently that ended up having a warped playfield. I sent him the requested pictures and the NEXT day I received a warranty approval from Stern for a populated playfield.

I could go on about all the other help he's provided with warranty issues, but I don't like typing.

OK, Gotta finance a TX Sector, so Excalibur is going up for sale. It's in shweet shape (mostly) and I have spare aftermarket cpu board that started acting weird so i put the original back in, and the same same with a new driver board. WTF?! Anyway, I spent a bundle on them, and they're part of the package. The ramp has a little epoxy repair at the hard curve, but it works 100% and the machine looks pretty damn beauty for the most part. The cab has been tastefully repaired. I will take pics tomorrow.

It even features a translite signed by John Trudeau, for whatever that might mean to you.

Hadda lotta interest last time i mentioned this, so bear that in mind when asking price this time. Plus Tx-Sector needs.

Williams Monster Bash - ColorDMD, tasteful LEDs, some custom painting on the characters, boney finger flippers, clean, plays awesome. Original cab decals, some tearing by the legs as was common back then. Probably gonna list at $8k

The Simpsons Pinball Party - Translite AUTOGRAPHED by Hank Azaria, Julie Kavner, and Dan Castellaneta!!! HUO later build, has the "rarer" playfield with no ink splotch on Homer's head. No cab wear. Amazing looking playfield with nice color and registration. NVRAM so you'll never have to worry about batteries on the CPU. ColorDMD, Tasteful LEDs, some custom figures, protectors, extra spotlight, Cliffy colored post sleeves, etc. I think you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer TSPP. Probably gonna list at $10k...although if you don't want the autographed translite, I'll replace it with a stock one & come down a bit. I should probably keep it anyway, as it's autographed to me

Lymans masterpiece. It’s probably my favorite all time pinball machine. I bought my premium brand new from game exchange more than 5 years ago. After I get a chance to play Godzilla and if I like it enough to pull the trigger, I might be letting mine go. Between a newborn and still trying to beat Avengers premium, it just doesn’t get much play anymore.
