I've also been toying with the idea of picking up a BBH HD. But man, the way they do those prices is pretty nuts. Golden Tee has it right with their model. $9300 for the machine with all those add-ons feels crazy.

Raw Thrills HAS to see the value in home ownership of luxury arcade machines, right? Golden Tee, Pinball, Arcade 1UP...People have money and want to buy these things, but most of us are also aware of how far our dollar goes and want to make the most of it.

I have a chance to get a commercial HD unit at a great price. I have a few questions...

How easy is it to convert to a home unit?

How fixable are the guns (if something ever went wrong, considering it was on location)? Everything works now, but just in case...

I haven't played the newer games (just OG BBH), so I'm curious if the constant pumping makes the games like Terminator, Monsters, Aliens, etc less "fun" than a traditional light gun shooter like HotD or Time Crisis? Or do those utilize a different reloading mechanic?

Speaking of the more unique non-buck games, are they one path completions, or do they have optional routes to improve the replayability?

So does that new update mean you can compete in things like the current Zombie Deer Bow Hunt challenge? Or is that still limited to commercial units?

I've seen some used cabs go for ~$2.5-3k, which seems like a super solid deal. Is that common these days? I'm thinking I'd like one of these next to my Golden Tee, but I can't justify $5.5-6k on one.

Quoted from KingPinGames:

We have some used minis and panorama units in the 4200-4500 range. They can then be played as is or upgraded to reloaded.

How much does an upgrade to Reloaded run?

I had a chance to play some BBH at a Round1 in Louisville recently. Loved everything BUT the need to pump so much during the non-animal hunting games. I know it's been said a million times, but having to pump during anything outside typical hunts is a bummer.

Quoted from Indusguys:

Game would be so simple and boring if you didn’t need to pump, you can get upgrades that give you full auto, and other perks.

I'm OK pumping, but not with every single shot.
