Elwin interview on Super Awesome Pinball Shown is good. Interesting stuff in there like problems getting sound work done remotely and animation art was Marvel and couldnt be changed.
It explains why it’s completely different from ZY art and disjointed. It’s not bad but just so different especially the Hulk and Thanos.

Do you think the Simpsons has one animator drawing the whole episode or style sheets that multiple people use for reference?
It’s not hard to have the Avengers tower be blue on the screen like it is on the playfield or vice versa (They are different colors).
How's the subway working for everyone? I've been curious about all the different reports of stuck balls.

Two months ago traded in a game towards credit on the next stern release and I have yet to get a call.
Just curious if they are really behind that much or if the local distributor is pushing mine back because I’m not a full cash buyer.
I'm in on a Pro from day one and hearing early November. I know distributors with them in stock, Stern life.

I get everyone in the owner's thread is excited but it could also be manufacturing issues with the Premium/LE. I thought about upgrading as it's not a monetary concern but the subway does not seem well designed.

Only other issue I had was about 10-15% of the time the upper right flipper hitting the gauntlet ramp would rocket off of it and smack the glove or bounce back and hit Thanos in the head. Pitch at 6.5. I turned the upper flipper down to 215 and no issues since.
Glancing the slings is pretty common and if you bend the lane guide it will normally affect the orbit return due to speed. On AIQ this probably isn't an issue and you can bend the lane guide in a little to try and fix it. Otherwise you can get used to hitting the side of the pin to separate the ball from the rail so it misses the sling. This is a pretty common nudge you will see players do.

I thought someone said there is a menu option in the Premium/LE to have the ball just go through the subway and use virtual locks. How many ways are there for this to work in the code currently?

I've switched gears and I now think the Pro is awesome on every Stern as they generally play smoother and faster. If people like the Premium/LE that is great and I generally like the extra features but they don't always work well and usually slow down the game. It seems there's always a tradeoff, like on NST you get the awful TK lock but the cool projector.

If it’s a dream theme I cannot resist (STH), then I might go all in on it. I doubt I ever do that again though. Not many themes are that great for me that I can’t wait and just go pro.
Solid advice for anyone. The only Premium I can't resist is DP because I love that Disco Loop.

It would be like taking the warp ramp out of Star Trek or the Katana Shot out of deadpool, it’s one of those shots that just makes you smile every single time.
It's great to have options as I wouldn't mind the Marvel ramp but I actively don't want the subway.
I use Perfect Play and have never replaced them due to wear and use Titans as well. I think they are too similar for anecdotal opinions as both are good. Try both and see which you like.

Someone said they were going to try washers to get it level front to back. Mine is a little bit uneven but there is no way to adjust it.

Just light reflections. The playfield is perfect.
Edit: This was a big problem with JP where everyone thought every reflection was pooling.
