Anyone know if you can correct the spelling of someone’s name on the high score list? My son accidentally spelled his name wrong and he’s not happy about it…

I have about 1500 plays on my AIQ premium. Everything shooting fine but now, when you hit the Sanctum target head on, the ball jumps straight up, hits the glass and gets stuck in the Gaunlet and the Captain Marvel wire forms where they cross. Anyone else have had this issue? Would the Memel Mod solve this issue?

Has anyone bought and installed the Mezel Mods Speaker light kit? I couldn’t find the instillation instructions so I found something similar on YouTube. It says to connect the power to CN9 but there’s something plugged in that already….any advice? Do I unplug what there and plug in speaker power supply?

Doing some routine cleaning and found this loose piece of thin metal in the shooter lane coming off of the ramp. Is this piece supposed to be unattached or did a small piece of weld break? Can I bend it and tuck it somewhere?

I’ve been having my AIQ Premium for about a year now. My son just got the high score on super disc. It only let him put his initials, not his full name like before. I don’t have insider connected yet. Is that something new with the latest code?

Hello guys. Unfortunately, this is another auto plunger post. I’ve been having my machine since early 2021. It has about 4200 plays on it. I’ve never really had a problem with the auto plunger. In fact, it had about a 90 to 95% success rate. I am now noticing that the auto launch is much weaker. Yes, it doesn’t make it up the ramp. In fact, it’s now barely making it around to the pops. It seems very “soft” sounding. I have some video to show you. I picked up the play field and had a bunch of black dust on the shaker motor cover. Everything mechanically around the coil seems OK. Do I have a coil going out? Is that what the black dust is? I appreciate everyone’s input on this. Thanks.

And if the coil stop and plunger are mushroomed they might be grabbing in the sleeve as well and need to be replaced.
Ahhhhh….that makes sense. Any chance that you would know the specific part numbers for the sleeve, coil stop, and the plunger?
