Your ball guide looks like it's being pushed over by that launch ramp. Mine has a smooth arc where yours looks like it bows inward.
Quoted from toddmann:I took slow motion videos of the area to analyze what exactly was happening, you might want to do the same as you may not have this exact problem.
Right now my solution is a ‘press fit’, so it’s not permanent and easy to take off. I fashioned it out of a angle plate corner T brace I had lying around. Trimmed it to size and bent the ends so it would attach. In the future I may try moving the ball guides, but for now this works perfectly.

Quoted from Eightball88:I’m guessing that the mind gem was on an uncollected or collected avenger (ie not powered up). In order to get 3 “best shot available “ hits to to button the mind gem must be on a level 1 avenger.
Yeah, that's weird. Level 2 will collect all lit shots which works great for finishing reality quest in one button push or victory laps. But if you use it for soul it will only spot one shot.
Quoted from theWonderCow:We have a Avengers: Infinity Quest (pro) and after a decent amount of fiddling it plays very nice. One problem I've noticed is that the right orbit doesn't feed very cleanly. Most shots bounce hard off the rightmost wall.
That ends up meaning a lot of shots end up bouncing between the walls and lose all their momentum before getting to the pops, let alone up the ramp. It's not rare for a shot to end up airborn, either.
Has anybody else had this issue, and is there a solution to make this feed more cleanly? Attached gif shows the beginning of this hard-impact.[quoted image]
My right orbit ball guide is flush to the shooter lane ramp. Yours looks like it has a gap. Might be why it’s bouncing around so much
