Quoted from sk8ball:If you are referring to the right orbit that is intentional.
Cool thanks Keith! Just waiting on my premium, cannot wait to play this game it looks amazing!
Quoted from Krsmith9:I caught a video of my issue with the trough (ball moving past the metal arm that is supposed to catch it).
Then it starts ball searching after that?
Quoted from Maverick203b:Just got my Premium set up and it is beautiful. After a couple test games my upper left flipper is now an inch offset into the Playfield. I checked underneath and everything on the flipper assembly is in tact and the assembly is resting on the pad. Any ideas on how to adjust this?

Did you check if the set screw on the shaft of the flipper bat is tight? You probably need to put it back to the original position and tighten the set screw. There should be a tiny gap between the bottom of the flipper bat and the flipper bushing when you tighten it back in place.
Anyone put different t moulding on a premium yet? I’m undecided on which colour to go with, I was thinking maybe a purple.
Quoted from tktlwyr:For those who wanted to see a premium with yellow t-molding...

The yellow looks pretty dang good on your premium! So excited for this game
Quoted from dbb143:Waiting to get my 5.25" lit purple speakers yet [quoted image]

That looks really good!
How much does it cost to pay someone to keep your 21 games playing properly?
Quoted from punkin:but i'm a player, not a tech.
Hitting the sanctum target says spots I-r-o-n as the first award before add a ball and extra ball. Not sure exactly how it works yet though.
Anyone else watch Karl deangelo do the 2 flips to soul gem video on YouTube? If not check it out it’s a good watch
Quoted from Spaghetti73:Can you help me please ? I received my game two days ago, I found time to install makrolon, convolux and some mods and I was ready to start the first game ... I can't deny that there was a bit of excitement like in every new box. I leave the honor of the first game to my wife ... first ball ten seconds and drain ... second ball 20 seconds and drain ... third ball, now I'll show you how to do it ...... staaaaackkkk .. .. I hear a metallic noise. in my heart I already knew what had happened, the subway mech died on the third ball of the first game, I wanted to commit suicide ihihihih .... let's not lose hope and together with the first lady we study an action plan and with a steel screw we try to reassemble the mech ...... we managed to do about 10 games without any problem, today I check again that everything is ok but I would clearly change the piece in question under warranty if possible ... .Can you recommend a mail for stern support please? second problem: in the test of the stranger disk I don't see any technical screen .. the disk works regularly in the game but in the test it doesn't give me any value .... any ideas? for the rest I am very satisfied, even if the outlanes are deadly. love

You can change a setting so that the subway just passes through so that you can still play your machine in while you wait for the part to arrive.
Quoted from delt31:Awesome thanks!
There is also a setting in the menu that you can disable the portal lock so it passes through the tunnel and not lock balls in the portal lock I believe.
Quoted from Thomas3184:Happens with both manual and autoplunge. Ball sits center and goes straight, but once it hits that edge at the end of the groove it catches air. Wondering if anyone else has a shooter lane groove that looks like mine.
I read previous suggestions of turning down the strength but that didn’t help. Leaving it high gives the most consistent results.
I wonder if you tried putting a shooter lane protector over your groove if it would help make less of a lip there?
Quoted from EricHadley:Just unboxed my game and on ball one this showed up on the playfield. Anyone know where it belongs? Thx!

Almost looks like the size for the back box hinge
