Regarding the shooter itself, I was a little disappointed that the light isn't actually in the shooter. It makes sense though as I could never figure out how they were going to power it otherwise! Me being dumb.

Make sure that external spring is not too long.
You may have to swap it with the one from the original shooter rod.
If its longer, the rod won't make as much contact with the ball.

To be fair, modfather never designed this shooter to be lit. It does not have the glitter which catches the light in it like the stern one. It does light at the edges, and looks great from afar.
But it also looks awesome when off. I like the clear crisp crystal look. It adds to the look of the pin.
It’s also great to add the flashes of colour when selecting gems and getting combos.
The only reason I did this is because the stern one is sold out.

Looks good, it would probably catch more light if it was a little bit "frosted".
