The blue is a nice contrast, more yellow and you would have to play with sunglasses on. I ordered a premium because the yellow was a bit much for me. Good job!
Was going to Flip my LE but looks like an awesome game, the yellow trim looks fantastic. Might be a keeper after all.

Avengers tower is impressive in person
Art is really great
LE sound system sounds fine-subwoofer is good-no complaints
Lighting is alot better than you would think, some neat lighting effects,
Game feels nice-not a super-light toy. Just really nice game i look forward to playing more.
All shots are satisfying including the captain marvel shot-you wont make that ramp by accident. You shoot it and it will go. Need some ass behind it off a trapped ball
Lcokdown bar Latches is bullshit, but it does hold down tight as hell.
Keep your game until the GnRs show HUO

That was my plan, then I played my buddies, mine lasted in the box at my house for only as long as I could find a box cutter
what angle are you guys running the playfield at? With experience with Jurassic Park where it is really pitch sensitive, I set my Avengers up at 6.8'ish, but thinking it could be a 6.5 game (as it's playing pretty damn fast at 6.8), and there aren't any real lateral shots that we have much of in JP (the C/control room and S/helicopter).
EDIT - mine was at 7.5 degrees, whoops. If anybody is wondering, it's pretty damn hard at that deck angle. 6.5 is much more user friendly!

Don't think that matters. Think it just needs to be formatted FAT32 from what I recall. Could be wrong, check Stern's install instructions.

You're about the 3rd or 4th one with the same issue to report here. Stern seems to be shipping out entire new mechanisms. Give em a yell.

Correct, and a piece of good news is that you can compensate for it in the settings where you can disable the raising disc functionality, effectively making it play like a Pro with a Marvel ramp while you wait for a replacement.

What is your LE number? It seems like everyone who has posted an issue as of now have been lower numbers.

I'm feeling like this is something I will do anyway. You gain the speed/flow of a Pro, with the ramps/shots of a Premium. WIN!

Anyone here heard from their distros on Premium arrival? I was told Oct. 9th back in September when I was told to pay in full and did so... just curious if anyone else who put their deposit in and then had been told to pay in full recieved their shipping info yet.... I'm excited to get this machine!
Hopefully stern fixes the shitty welds on the portal lock mechs, they should've come up with a better design as many folks have had two balls locked up top with one at the third position causing all sorts of issues, along with the spinning disc sensors being faulty.

You can do one better even. Take the mechanism off with those nuts and set the adjustment to 'pass through'. Disc still works but the locks just fly into the VUK instead.

I recently heard as early as next week for premiums.

It's possible. My LE still hasn't shipped yet. I've heard that the LEs are going slower than Stern hoped. Maybe they are updating the mech, or fine combing each one looking for iffy welds.
Or, it is just taking a long time and I will get the game and the weld will break after a few games, lol

I was told last week, to expect it in about 5 weeks in Canada. Mid-November to be safe. I think we typically get these a bit later than the US though, so take that for what it's worth.

Yeah, it just virtual locks instead. Game plays really fast too. No waiting for it to cycle through the lock.

Few weeks to a few months, depending on machine popularity and his access to a machine or measurements. In the meantime you can mylar the lower shooter lane.
Are the shooter lanes on new Sterns all the same? Wondering if Jurassic Park shooter lane cliffy’s would work on avengers.

Cliff said he would have to measure. A few of us out a couple pieces of felt in the lane. Works great. Watching some Buffalo GnR stream now. Beautiful pin. AIQ looks to slay that thing for ball speed, combos, and gameplay though...No BS. AIQ is a ride.

It happened to mine with about 10 plays. Stern is sending new assembly.
Meanwhile so you can play the game go to game adj and change #181 to no entry. It will disable portal and make it virtual so you can still play
Still waiting on my "LE" machine. Distributor says it will ship tomorrow... He's sending it Fedex freight. Couldn;t really talk him out of it. Fingers Crossed? never used them before.
