For peeps concerned about the difficulty on the stream, Keith commented that the game is setup pretty hard to keep ball times shorter for the stream.
I am still in on my LE. The flow looks great, code seems deep and nuanced. I'm excited.

Quoted from CoolCatPinball:Help me out fellas. I'm not sure how I feel on it. It's strange. I like all the individual things I'm seeing. Layout, ramps, animations, etc... BUT, as an overall package, im just not feeling that wow factor. Wtf? The family is saying transfer the downpayment to something more lighthearted and accessible rules wise. They're currently screaming monster bash LE. I cant say I disagree at this point.
If in doubt, always bail. Buying the first run of a new title that no one has played is a gamble for sure. Not like you won't be able to get one later especially if interested in the Pro/Premium.
Quoted from CoolCatPinball:Excellent point Paul
Full disclosure, I have decided a few times to bail on LEs that I wasn't sure about and regretted it later. Living in an area where not a lot of LEs and/or Premiums for popular titles are available used so I factor that into my decisions
Quoted from ectobar:If you beat Thanos, does the game end?
If Thanos beats you the game goes <poof> and you are left with nothing but dust. Incentive to try harder.
Quoted from MT45:I can heartily recommend the Kindle version of the Infinity Gauntlet written by Jim Starlin ($3.99 Kindle DL)
Was going to download. $14.99 in Canada. So about 3 times as much even taking exchange into account. Guess it costs extra to ship bytes across the border.
Quoted from MT45:That's nuts. Wonder if has to do with licensing?
For a few more bucks here, you can buy the paperback!
Don't think so, says the price has been set by the publisher (Marvel Worldwide). Just Canadians getting shafted. Companies have been doing it for years. Which is why I get the giggles when people in the US complain about shipping costs and stuff. They have no idea
