Bought tix and planning to be there all weekend. Best. Show. Ever.

Motor City Comic Con is the same weekend right down the road, as well as Marvin's. Lots to do.

This show can't come soon enough. Bringing gloves and a back brace this year. After three days on the floor the last couple years, I came home with very sore palms and a stiff back. Looking forward to all the new games and seeing old friends and acquaintances.

Happy to hear the EM Tourney sold out again this year! It was the most fun I had all weekend last year. Wish I could stay overnight and partake in midnight PinGolf.

Yikes, we're just over a week away from my favorite weekend of the year. Even though I'm only about an hour away, I'm planning to stay down for the whole weekend. Thanks Marriott rewards!

As for things to do around the VFW museum, the annual Motor City Comic Con is going down the same weekend. Very much worth a visit if you're a nerd. Huge expo with dozens of vendors and tons of B, C, and D-list entertainers. www.motorcitycomiccon.com

The EM tourney bank of EMs/early SS last year was wonderful. My first time playing Fireball.

Any changes to the line up this year?

Love the art btw.

Is AMH going to make an appearance? Still haven't seen one of those in the wild or at a show yet.

Clay's Showcase is my favorite weekend of the year. Thanks to everyone that helps make it happen! 300+ collector quality machines for three days.

Quoted from NicoVolta:

3. Amenities. Although a food option was present, no beer/alcohol was available which misses out on the full "barcade" experience. Also, with limited space indoors, the only place to relax was at a table & tent area away from the action outside. Which is fine if the weather is nice, but I found it a bit cool on Saturday in the 40's/50's.

Even though pins take precedence on the showroom floor, it would be nice to have a small indoor lounge for this event. Someplace to kick back and relax (I usually just went to my car because it was pretty chilly). Probably doesn't make sense to give up that space on the other 362 days of the year though. Plus, it is usually a little warmer too.
