Decorating has begun! Added a little pizzazz to the machines this year too. Time for a little break before the ornaments go on…

Have to say I'm enjoying stalking my SS target and putting their care package together.

To the unlucky soul that has me as their target - sorry you don't have much to go on. I'm pretty easy to please, so don't overthink it

    #359 9 months ago

Secret Santa gift arrived! I will wait to open until closer to Christmas!! Thank you!

Also, waiting to ship out my secret Santa gift since it’s taking longer to arrive… apparently it was shipped Royal Mail and I didn’t pay attention but should be here well before the shipping deadline.

    #360 9 months ago

I had a great SS last year. I don’t expect even close to that again BUT I did step my game up this year because of them. 5 unique things and some of my tried and true pinball gifts

Remember, this goes for everyone too, just because one package showed up doesn't mean there might be additional ones so please continue to keep your eyes out for anything else that may show up.

I spent some time in my gameroom over the holiday and realized how much the Secret Santa's over the last several years have contributed to a special space within my home. From wall decor, artwork, mods etc. Some noticable to guests and others pinball things only I know about. I appreciate every one of them.

Wow so fast, I just purchased mine today.

    #366 9 months ago

Well, I had some postal stress (i.e. I was wondering if one of my gifts would appear in time), but I got the package with one of the gifts for my pinsider today. All main gifts are in the house, so almost ready for shipment!

Message for my SS: I hope you have enough details, considering that I am not the most active poster. I did post a story with some details and I don't mind to get something unexpected. For all those people that are having difficulty finding proper information to get a decent pinball gift -> bare in mind that most of us are used to getting pinball related gifts from non pinball people. This usually means that you will end up with the same common stuff that pops up on the first google search. Getting something from another pinhead is already a win from that perspective!

I am floored. Absolutely floored. More to come once my jaw is scraped off the ground

    #368 9 months ago

Chinchillas and chocolate are a good reason to open the shipping box when you get it. Smell each wrapped gifty ,just in case.

    Share!!! What did you recieve?

    #370 9 months ago

People already getting theirs, I’m still waiting for my final piece to ship to me. Some of these Santa’s are on it!

    #371 9 months ago
    Quoted from Hayfarmer:

    Share!!! What did you recieve?

    My guess is a NIB.
I think there is always at least one per year.

    #372 9 months ago

Sounds like the first Chinchilla has landed.

Ok, my jaw is scraped up. I got a call today from fedex asking for a delivery date for something from flip n out pinball weighing 330 lbs. I did not order anything. After talking to zach, it is a game. I am trupey humbled and just incredibly grateful for whomever my santa is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My family thanks you, puffdanny thanks you since he will play it a lot. This has been a very tough year for me, i have worked 7 nights a week, 12 hour shifts for 10 months. I havent had time to enjoy life or my pinballs. Now that is coming to a close i guarantee i will be enjoying this along with my other games. I have no idea what game it is, but have my suspicions. It will be delivered saturday and of course i work, so it may take me a couple days to get it unboxed and pics, but more pics and posts will follow! Thank you to this community, you are all great.

I wondered if there would be a Secret Santa pinball this year.

It appears he is alive and well. And generous, again.

Could happen to a nicer Pinsider and family.

Who ever you are Secret Santa. Thank you very much ! You really evoke the spirit of Christmas.

This sounds like my year! You weren’t working on the oil spill in KS were you? That would be crazy. Looks like it all worked out in the end. Hopefully some well earned rest and playtime is in the future. Congrats!

Yikes dude. Makes me Thankful for being on night shift. I've been working non stop as well, but at least we only do 6.5 hour shifts. Rumor is we're going to three 12 hour day work weeks in January. I'm kinda looking forward to having multiple days off every week.

Anyhow, congrats on the new acquisition! What an honor to behold. Maybe it'll be from the newest run of Stranger Things!

I was just out in the pinbarn getting a spot ready, and played a few games on foo and whirlwind, so i do play without you, just usually play sober unless youre here.

Way back when while pounding nails we went to 4/10s and weather make ups on Friday. We were all so happy so they stopped it.

Waiting on the last gift to get here, then I’ll be sending it all off on the sleigh. I’m very happy with my Inspector Klusoe work this year. I definitly upped my game. Might have a few little sprinkles also I’ll have to see.
