Nothing in the mail today. Hoping tomorrow is the day!
Quoted from SterlingRush:To my SS, our oldest daughter just wrapped the package sent, so it’s official, that it will not be opened before Christmas. She’s so sneaky!
Well played kiddo...well played!
Quoted from Saltimbanco:WCS is such a fun game! But hey, for about $3500 you can get a home elevator good for up to 750 lbs.. just saying! [quoted image]
I think you forgot a zero.
Quoted from pinballjah:I think you forgot a zero.
First amount in CAD, second in USD I'm talking about the cheap stuff here, but if it's only to move a pin here and there, it's an option. Better than those damn staircases!
I think our local usps has straight up stopped bringing packages. I'll be surprised if we get mail this week.

Lol, that's the very best thing! Actually was thinking about opening up a wall at one point, but the outside ramps would eat up too much of the yard. We'll make this happen with the next house, it's one of our requirements!

haha, i just saw a snow plow for a zero turn....the world is changing!

I don't love this cart, or pulling it with the zero turn, but it'll suffice until I buy a yard tractor and bigger cart someday. It works for moving pins from truck/trailer (or from the shop) and to my basement, or vice versa. Sure as hell beats dragging a loaded dolly up and around the yard by myself!

heck ya it does! work smarter not harder. I'd rock that before using a dolly.
I had a busted zero turn I fixed and man even adjusting the hydro's it was a tad twitchy for my taste. Now with a sub compact tractor, it is pretty handy what you can do around the house, screw the wheel burrow or lifting!

Wait, whut? (frantic Googling ensues)
Each year the gifts that I receive get more and more thoughtful. My SS went above and beyond! From the custom coasters that match my games, Lethal Enforcers shirt, Addams Family 3d art, a light up Tiki man for my yard and my favorite thing of all was a custom sign for my game room featuring a quote from me on Pinside that the SS found which brought a real smile to my face. We are very lucky to have great people here. Thank you so much for the great gifts everything was wonderful!

I received my SS gift yesterday and put it under the tree. I will show restraint and wait until Christmas monring. Thank you in advance to my Secret Santa. And a big thank you to John for organizing this. It is amazing what effort and kindness can do for so many people.
To the receiver of my SS gifts, they are on the way and should be no later than Friday. If you are someone that is still waiting, they might be mine, but you will have packages under your tree.
Merry Christmas to all!!!
Quoted from matiou:It's here! Awesome! But I'll wait for Christmas before opening it
Looks like it made for a cumfy seat for someone along the way, lol hope things are ok inside!
What an awesome thread everyone. I, like a full-grown idiot that hadn’t done this before, didn’t even realize this was a thread until yesterday, and didn’t realize there was a shipping deadline, yadda yadda… so anyway if you haven’t gotten your SS gift yet, it’s still coming! (There’s also really no way I could remain fully anonymous given what’s in the box, so… sorry.)
I received my SS gift last week, I’ll post pics when I open it! At least now I know for next year how this thing actually works! Merry Christmas to all!
Quoted from Hadojae:It’s here! Going to try waiting for Christmas this year! Thank you Santa!

It’s all in the email man. All in the email.
It came! It came! As someone with absolutely no self control, I had to open them immediately, and my SS knocked it out of the park! Thank you so very much!
In the past 6 months or so, I found that I really enjoy working on repairing and restoring games. Everything you sent will get a lot of use. (especially the magnetic bowl and retreaval tools )
And as someone with a small vinyl collection. Master of Puppets will fit perfectly!
Thank You Again!

Master of Puppets is SO choice.
so-choice.gifQuoted from Fezmid:That staircase doesn't look so bad. Imagine having to do a 180 degree turn at the landing... Now THAT gets rough. Although I love the prop wall I built there, so I can't complain TOO much...
I very much dislike your 180 degree turn... Prop wall is nice though.

How does this even happen? John doesn't even let you in unless you have a valid email address. I call B.S. - You got the email, but it likely went to junk/spam.
Here's the info:
Welcome to the 2022 Pinside Secret Santa Program!
Below you will find all the information provided to me by your secret santa. I encourage you to check their public collection, post history, Pinside profile or anything else you can think of to come up with great gifts for your lucky recipient. You can wrap your gifts before sending them out if you want, or have them shipped directly from a retailer, but please always use "Pinside Secret Santa" as the return address name to keep things anonymous while still letting your recipient know their gift has arrived. You can open your gifts as soon as you get them, or wait until a certain date, it's up to you. This program really is as fun as we make it, so please put as much thought into your gifts as you would want someone to put into yours.
A few key points to remember...
*Please e-mail or PM me the tracking number when you ship your gifts.
*All gifts should be shipped no later than December 14th to give them time to arrive before Christmas Eve, but you can and should ship them much sooner than this to avoid USPS holiday delays.
*Even if you are waiting to open your gifts, please post in the participant's thread when your gift arrives so your SS knows that you got it safely instead of some porch pirate.
*VERY IMPORTANT: Please post in the thread pictures of your gifts when you open them and say thank you. Do not overlook this step. It only takes a minute and everyone really appreciates it. In fact, many people appreciate this part more than actually receiving a gift!

Thanks for that! I just searched all of my spam folders for “secret Santa” and still didn’t come up with anything. But it’s all good, my box is set to be delivered before Christmas, *fingers crossed*

Search for John Jundt(not secret santa)
* where did you get a message for your recipient's info? They were emailed out.
The secret Santas have been awesome this year! Great job everyone! I'm grateful my recipient enjoyed theirs!
I'm awaiting mine with excitement!

Couldn’t wait another day! My secret Santa knocked it outta da park!
A rug with the playfield image of a Bally Viking - one of my favorite early Bally SS games. Bought one off my college classmate in the early 2000’s for $75. The good ol days.
Incredible watercolor painting of an arcade scene. This reminds me of going to Galaxy World in the 90’s - Addam’s Family and Getaway were there.
Rescue 911 translite. When I 14 years old and was looking for my first machine, I walked into an operator’s warehouse and on the 2 or 3 floor, there was a ton of games. One of them was Rescue 911. Really neat toys, but I believe the price was $800-$1k. I ended up settling on a Bally Skateball and Atari Spaceriders for $225 total.
Really neat plier tool for getting stripped screws out. Definitely gonna use these.
Thanks again! These gifts bring back great memories. Merry Christmas!

I have also received unexpected packages from three of my subscribers.
I will be opening all during my annual Christsmas stream Sunday evening. Feel free to stop by to see what's in the boxes. I'm giving away four stuffed stockings, too!
Very Merry Stream (resized).png
And, since this is a Christmas thread, may I indulge myself a little? My humble little light show won the city's Animation Display award. Even with the looming cold weather, this is shaping up to be a great week!

Thank you, all! Merry Christmas!

Wow..that rug looks amazing, any info on where it came from?
Ok, me and my kids just opened the gifts we received today and I am absolutely blown away by the generosity of my Santa. I got trough lights, spot light kits, flipper stickers, cup holder, reeses (which we have already opened and eaten some) and best of all are the art blades for my JP home pin!! Its insane cause I've wanted these exact art blades for a while now. Holy, I still can't believe it. I guess Santa does know everything. The light mods are very cool and I'm excited to learn how to install them since I'm still very new to this hobby and I'll make great use out of the cup holder!
Thank you very much Santa!!!
Quoted from PappaDubz:But I still haven’t gotten my wifey a Christmas gift
Easy! She wants a pinball machine.
