Why isn’t there more puck bunnies at arenas?!

well technically if let go of the stick then you failed to maintain control over your stick so it's still a penalty.
Quoted from TheLaw:God I miss Jesilneck. How Shumar became the star and not him I'll never understand.
I'll see him every time he comes to town. There is a club here that a lot of the top comedians use for secret shows to work on material for their big tours. Out of all the people I've seen I would say that he always gets the most laughs.
Quoted from cdnpinbacon:Go Tampa!!...Daddy needs a new pair of baby shoes!
But they wont fit!
Quoted from cdnpinbacon:Why would Maroon touch that puck? What a Bonehead Mesz
Take one of the O out of his name and it will make sense!

Why was it one or the other? I don't remember what they were in together.
Igor should get a diving call, Amazing how he was so hurt till no one paid attention and he gets up! By rule a hit to the head should result in him leaving the ice
Congrats to the Rangers on showing up and playing a good game. Maybe 5 or so minutes they looked blah but outside of that they played hard.
Rangers seem on a roll after playing two days ago. I thought all that time off would hurt the Lightning, and I think they’ve had to shake off the rust.
Considering Kuemper's play this postseason, the Avs are no worse off with Frankie starting game 2 IMO.
Announcers makin a big to do about how Kadri has so many more points in the playoffs with Colorado then his entire time with the Leafs. Maybe that's due to the fact he was suspended more then he played when he was with the Leafs???? MAYBE?

Shhhh.....he's a good guy now.
Quoted from cdnpinbacon:That was fast 2-0
Let’s see some more, and see Smith get pulled again..
He might have Fuhr’s name and number on his headgear, but Smith’s not playing like Fuhr in this series.
Quoted from ImNotNorm:Time to yank the Swiss cheese.
Leave him in..he’s doing his Andre ‘redlight’ Racicot impersonation..
Quoted from meSz:Get the hook out ...... Smith is gone
He looks great...until he doesn't then the floodgates are open.
Quoted from wolverinetuner:Oilers passing looking for the perfect PP shot. They just need to shoot the puck!
It’s called the Penguins effect!
MAYBE the Oilers win one at home but can’t see this series going past 5 games.
Quoted from ImNotNorm:Time for another one....
What's everyone drinking?

Both their shows launched at the same time on CC.
And they were dating to add a little sprinkle on top.
Quoted from cdnpinbacon:Tampa looks unrecognizable
More like "stunned". Ranger's youth is showing, Tampa looks old and tired.
Rangers are more hungry than Tampa and have a goalie that can match Vasi save for save. Colorado learned from their defensive lapse in game 1 and completely shut down McDavid and Draisaitl to the point that there was nothing left for Edmonton to do except have Nurse and Kane attempt to goon it up in the 3rd. Francouz showed he is more capable and consistent than Kuemper between the pipes and if they continue to play like they did on Thursday, the Avs are just too deep and will make quick work of McDavid and Co.

The Rangers have definitely stepped it up, but both teams look like they were out of gas by the third period. Either way, Rangers should definitely take that series. Might be a gentleman’s sweep.
Quoted from Quicksilver1:the Avs are just too deep and will make quick work of McDavid and Co.
Don’t know about that one. The Avs are deep, but I think the Oilers are going to crank it up. They are not playing how they played Calgary.

I prefaced that by saying that if they continue to play like they did on Thursday that they will make quick work of McDavid and co. Let's be honest, the Avs were flying and entered the zone at will. They looked like they were on power play multiple times even when they were at even strength. I certainly don't believe it will be a sweep, but Colorado was on another level Thursday night and controlled the game from the opening face off. Edmonton will have to up their game considerably tonight, they can't afford to go down 3-0 to a well oiled Avs machine.
