I had received my SS package a few weeks ago, but I wanted to wait for my wife’s gift to arrive before opening it. Well, she received hers yesterday, and because she hates to wait when it comes to gifts - it was go time.
We took turns opening presents, and man, our Secret Santas did not disappoint. My wife went first and found something wrapped for our kids - some candy, and Wendy’s gift cards for free Jr. Frosty’s for a year! Looks like we’ll be making some serious Wendy’s runs for the next 12 months (and stocking up on insulin).
I went next - and pulled out a piece of paper attached to a great t-shirt. My SS had done some serious research on my pinside profile and linked all of my gifts to comments that I had made in the past (what an awesome idea). The first present was for a shirt that I had mentioned I thought was cool in a Pinball Memes thread.
Next, my wife opened a gift with a great RBION keychain - incredible because it’s the only game we don’t have a keychain for the game keys.
On my turn, I found a paper with a comment I had made in the T2 owners thread about how the bullet hole decals on someone’s coin door looked cool. Attached to that paper was a sheet of the decals! Can’t wait to try them out.
For my wife’s last gift she took something heavy out of the box. We took turns guessing what it might be, but no one got it right - a complete Whitestar speaker system upgrade! I need to do some research on what game this is for, but I believe it’s for our RBION. We couldn’t believe it - ridiculously generous, and something that we will be installing ASAP.
Finally, I took out my last gift(s) which came with a printed list from Pinside of the games I’ve either owned, or that are on my wishlist. There were 3 highlighted - Houdini, MMr, and Williams IJ. Attached were three absolutely gorgeous photos from each game, already in a mat and ready for framing. These will definitely be going on the wall of the mancave.

The amount of time that our SS’s took to personalize our gifts was obvious, and we were completely blown away by the generosity that they showed us. We were never expecting anything as nice as what we received, and it reinforces how great this community is. Thank you to both of our Secret Santas - we really appreciate it, and Merry Pinsmas!

I just set a deadline because if I didn't, people would keep waiting and waiting to ship and gifts would arrive late.
