in succession followed by
a seven game pt streak and now THIS: Wild 3 TB 0
ON the road against THE best team in hockey!!!!
Attitude boys, it's all attitude.

What was Tortella thinking?
Quoted from Blitzburgh99:What was Tortella thinking?
Not sure! But Tort's in on another level when it comes to coaching. I'm sure it's all part of his diabolical plan to motivate his team to get into the playoffs.
Quoted from Blitzburgh99:Carolina might have the toughest remaining schedule....
Let's see if they can "surge" their way into the playoffs.
Arizona is making a solid push for the playoffs. Not bad considering they are a pretty banged up team right now.
Quoted from mymalibu:Around here we refer to Tort's as the horse's ass of hockey.
He's had some EXCELLENT Teams over the years and to only win one cup is well ..... not his fault of course! Would love to see the Habs knock Columbus out of the playoffs!
Every team the Flyers needed to lose last night won :/ I had no faith in Detroit beating well....anyone, but I thought Boston would be able to win. Caps played 56 and half minutes of solid hockey, but man did they blow for those other 3 and a half minutes.

Tort's was playing mind games with Boston last night. Giving them an uncalled power play and subsequent power play goal out of the goodness of his heart. lol
Leafs are looking bad! Only 8 pts away from being knocked out of the playoffs with 1 less game to play then the others!
Quoted from cdnpinbacon:That depends on Carey Price
Price has me shaking my head with some of the goals he has let in.
Andersen has pretty much single handedly killed my fantasy playoffs. Pulled in two games in a row now. Doesn’t help that I also lost letang, Pasternak and tarasenko to injuries as well.

A guy in my fantasy pool is freaking out. He also owns Letang/Tarasenko/Anderson/Bfyuglien.
Bad week for plenty of fantasy owners.
I had byfuglien too but dropped him last week. My team was first the whole season until playoffs hit, and then all this happened. I can’t even be that mad, it’s just incredibly bad luck.
Quoted from Blitzburgh99:Letang blows
[quoted image]
They should just make him a forward and get a defenseman that can play actual defense.
Quoted from Blitzburgh99:Letang blows

Guess that Letang has lost a step or what? Talking bout losing a step, how’s Gudbranson working out in Pittsburgh? Good character guy, but just didn’t work here in Vancouver..
Yes Letangs a poor defenceman, but he’s great for fantasy hockey, as it’s basically being able to slot in an extra forward into a dman slot. He’s pretty good for producing points, shots on goal and blocks. He’s definitely more valuable to a fantasy team than to his actual nhl team as a defenceman though.
Quoted from hwyhed:Talking bout losing a step, how’s Gudbranson working out in Pittsburgh? Good character guy, but just didn’t work here in Vancouver..
Gudbranson has played well. He muscled Tom Wilson and drove his head into the ice last night. LOVED IT!!! I’d rather have him than Letang.
I’m stuck waiting for a few things..Quinn Hughes making his 1st appearance as a Canuck (likely next week) the draft order on April 6th..and the actual draft here in June. If the oilers win the #1 pick I’m gonna fn lose it
Quoted from rollitover:Yes sir!
Friday entitles you to more than just one.
Some interesting games on tap (see what I did there) tonight!
Not much to cheer for here..Tanev is out for the season. But we do have this guy named ‘Petey’ that should win rookie of the year..he’s got some skills

Started talking to my neighbour one day and asked how come I see tv trucks lugging equipment to your backyard? He says my wife's brother moved in and he's a physic and Rogers tv does broadcasts From the house .
I say ok that's cool I wonder how he would do with pro-line. So I Knock on his door introduce myself and ask if he ever has done sports betting?? He says yes one time and I did pretty good. So I say what do you need? Numbers and he said yes.
Now my hockey news will flow to the psycic and I will test his psycness on proline. This should be interesting. I'll post his hot picks but I like to have my issues kept minty. No results and issues won't last unless he's willing to wear bandaids on his fingers.
Quoted from Jackontherocks:Waiting for the Pens to hopefully rebound against the Flyers today. Watching it with my good friends and ones a Flyers fan or a Bruins fan, always a wild time. Got us this nice thick frosty mugs for Xmas from NHL.com site.

So much for rebounding
