Dale hunter ...London knight feeder system as well. I would chase dale hunter.
I still think Brian Burke is a worthy choice in a heavy division but media mentioned Hunter and thought good idea.

I completely agree. The glory days are are over, and all of those guys were fantastic players but that doesn’t mean they are great at team management

I thought I recall hearing rumblings earlier on that they wouldn't object to using him as trade bait for a team looking for a rental and then Edler would return to Vancouver for next season.
But what's more important right now? Making the playoffs or building for the future?
I tend to agree with you @hwyhed. Trade him to a contender, get some picks and then get him back next season.
The D is pretty weak..I’m surprised w the ice time that Hutton is getting, but he’s doing alright..the same can’t be said for Pouliot and Gudbranson..their +/- is brutal. I like Biega, he’s capable of playing w the club..waiting to see them bring up Hughes!
I don't know what's worse....
a) Edmonton being 3 points out of a playoff spot
b) Edmonton being 3 points away from being in last place
The Western conference is a dumpster fire
