Quoted from camcamaro1991:My first experience at TPF, it was meh... Frisco center was a dive, carpet/floor was taped-up in spots nasty, little to no parking, local parking lot was packed had to park far away at the mall, esp since the baseball games and Dr Pepper star center had games going on.
This needs to go back to the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine,10x nicer hotel and amenities. Grapevine is more centered between both Dallas and Fort Worth.
Well, like Ed said earlier, the Embassy is getting a complete makeover this fall.
Quoted from beelzeboob:It wasn't as good this year as last year, but I hear next year will be a return to form.
Correct, because I'll be back there again on 2018.
Quoted from beelzeboob:Nope. That's not it.
Well, I'm not going if you're there! You don't shut up long enough for me to hear the guest speakers.
Quoted from beelzeboob:She could babysit me, too.
Nobody wants to change your diapers.
So, does anyone know how many days till TPF 2018?
I've scoured this thread and can't find an answer.
Quoted from beelzeboob:He's in a self-imposed time out. I think he got a little tired of some of the BS around here...
Pinside? BS? Surely you jest..........
Quoted from Pinball-is-great:TPF-2018 Games List as of 1/17/18. 121 pinball machines, and 7 arcades.
There is already some good ones listed: Alice Cooper, Dialed In, Guardians of the Galaxy, Ghostbusters, Hobbit,
Houdini, Pirates of the Carribean (JJP), Rob Zombie, Star Wars LE, The Big Lebowski, TNA, plus all the oldies but goldies.
I believe they usually have between 300 to 400 pinball machines in recent years. At least 300.
Agreed. It's been around 400. Is something off this year?
Quoted from way2wyrd:I'm looking forward to
Fleet
Army Navy
World's Series
Blue Ribbon
Airway
Jiggers jr
Jigsaw??

It's all pre-war pins these days.
Quoted from FalconPunch:Possibly arriving in Texas on a Thursday. Any suggestions for things to do on a Thursday night in Dallas? Doesn't have to be pinball related!
Don't forget the Grassy Knoll!
Quoted from Frax:When the company you work for is willing to send out investigators to look at unusual events.....mmm...yeah. Nope. There is nothing pinball related that's worth losing my job for, ever.
This guy?
Quoted from LovelyCoCoNuts:I dated an aussie gal... Hot as lava...
Pics or it didn't happen.
Quoted from Tsskinne:My flight is getting in around midnight tomorrow evening, anyone else coming in late night that wants to uber over to the hotel?
Sheesh, you're bailing Indy even later than me!
Quoted from Tsskinne:Sitting at school watching the clock slowly tick through the last period of the day as I get ready to go catch my flight... TPF makes work days feel so much longer than they are
I’m at the airport having a cocktail and dinner. Where are you? LOL!
