Made it to Big Spring TX for the night. Having a relaxing beer and a burger. My wife flies in to Dallas tomorrow afternoon, I’ll pick her up, get some Hard Eight and see how Texas does a Pinball show. Look for me in a Pin a Go Go t-shirt representing California! Now let’s see if I can sleep tonight
Dinner at Perry’s Steakhouse across the street: pricey like a steakhouse often is. Filets were super tasty. Mac and cheese had hints of pork, super tasty.

Rudy’s may not be the “best bbq”, but their breakfast tacos are awesome!! They let you create your own and charge you by the # of ingredients.
I would highly recommend trying the breakfast tacos if there’s a Rudy’s nearby.
The chopped beef is really good as someone mentioned earlier too.
