Is anybody waiting for New Year or Orthodox Christmas on January 7th?

My wife and I have a variety of friends that celebrate everything from Hanukkah to Orthodox Christmas. However, I’m pretty sure presents are opened at new year for the Orthodox crowd.

christmas eve in europe, time to unwrap

got the whole package, an invaluable handy bulb tester!! can not count the times i had to lift a playfield up again because of one faulty LED so this will get used constantly.
also the flipper button tool is is perfect for me, no more struggling with pliers
then some awesome bling for iron maiden and TNA, gonna post pictures once installed. the TimTams are already gone

Ok. We decided to open gifts tonight. WOW My secret Santa was the best stalker ever, and totally knocked it out of the park!!!! A numbered arcade aid poster (on very thick paper). Looks like it was won my by Santa...this is getting framed! A pinball life cup and keychain. Pop 8-bit medium invader. Lighted Pac-Man Christmas tree ornament. A Boba Fett and Max Rebo Band Star Wars Christmas ornaments (will look great on my Star Wars tree). Two 6-packs of dirty Donny guitar picks. A blue pingulp and a metal “arcade” sign. My secret Santa did some major homework and was so generous. Thank you!

Love my gifts a great T-shirt, classic Pop Bumper blueprint poster and the awesome "The Complete Pinball Book"
The book is Great and going right on the coffee table in the living room, I love it.

Awesome gifts from my Secret Santa (cat not included). I left my box unopened but everything was individually wrapped.

Started with the smallest package and got four awesome Double Danger pinball magnets. These puppies are so strong, you can't put them next to each other. I got the severed arm, Jackpot, Skull with flippers and Alien Rocketship.

Next package felt like a book and it was a book. Pinball Wizards: Jackpots, Drains, and the Cult of the Silver Ball by Adam Ruben. I'm new to the hobby and I do feel a kinship with you all but I'll be interested to read in depth of what is truly expected of me in my new cult.

I asked for a pinball t-shirt and quirky socks and Secret Pinside Santa did not disappoint. I got the appropriate to me "World's Okayest Pinballer" shirt made famous by Ed "Roberts" Robertson (of BNL fame). He wore the black version when he became a 4-0 Bro on Buffalo Pinball. For the socks, I teach music and I love pinball. I also like to wear interesting socks at school. These socks are amazing and will be put into the rotation when we start back up in the new year.

I actually made it until Christmas before opening the presents. Very cool gift with key chains for all my games along with some “Troxel Repair” key chains. So cool seeing something with Troxel Repair on it!

My Secret Santa was awesome! I received multiple items over the last few weeks. A few of which I didn't even realize were from my Secret Santa until I opened them. My Santa did his/her research and saw I was a Batman fan so It was a Bat-Tastic xmas for me. I got a cool Batman and Robin sculpture and a set of Batman '66 inspired hardcover comic compilations. They knew my likes a little to well as a couple of the items were things I already bought for myself.

However my Santa was good to me and included amazon gift receipts. So I'm able to exchange the duplicate items I already had towards this cool universal monsters bluray set I've been eyeing the last few months.

Wait, it's still Christmas Day on the left coast! I opened this morning, but just got home from celebrating.

Some rich, rich, rich treats (peanut butter hot chocolate -- that will be interesting!), lit buttons and mystery sling plastics! Thanks SS! I'm away from my machines and can't recall if I have a relevant machine fitting the chica. Someone recognize these? Maybe it's a hint that a big package that these fit on is still coming by freight!

I'm a bit late in posting but a HUGE thanks to my Secret Santa! I kind of felt bad when I signed up for the program since I don't post much online in general. I love the stickers (and one of a game I'll someday track down locally!) and the gift certificate was already put to great use.
