Quoted from TheCreature:

For those unfortunate suckers like myself who had work and family/friends engagements and could not make it to TPF, are there streams or videos of any of the seminars? Especially the Elvira one? I went on YouTube and only saw the 1 minute clip.
Anything? Help an amphibian out!

This is right before they confirmed Elvira 3... but I didn't capture that part. This is part of a home movie Greg F. took during the release of EATPM

What a great show! The organizers of TPF do a fantastic job. Thank you for all your hard work. My friend who couldn't attend said there was a lot of coverage of the event by local news broadcasts this weekend. The venue was packed with people Fri and Sat. Sad that this is the last day but already looking forward to next year's show.

During the Elvira panel my girlfriend pointed out a man a row up from us had been recording the whole thing on his iPhone so I'm sure that footage will surface soon.

We had a great show, very busy event, met a lot of really nice people.

Couldn't get to play everything I wanted, like Houdini and Alien, but got decent time on dialed in, afmR and Aerosmith plus some games I never played before like gilligans island and party zone. not a big fan of AS, but loved DI and I think the AFM was done really well. I may try to buy a DI if I can swing it. We had a HS2 in our booth that I played a lot along with a GB and BDK next door that I got decent time on. So many games there!

Got to check out a few of pinsound's games, very well done stuff. Talked with Larry and his wife at flipnout and checked out the escalera fork lift mod, awesome! Nice to talk with the Marco folks and JJ at game exchange, plus Randy at color dmd and of course hanging out with the Mezels.

Really nic show, very well done, kudos to the organizers! We will be back next year!

#1305 7 years ago

Looks like Houdini stole the show. I still want to see more up close pics of that Fish Tales. That Fish Tales is the nicest one I have ever seen, if it does not get best in show-I will be surprised.

#1306 7 years ago

It better not win best in show. The Congo is a million times better.

Awesome! Big thanks to everyone that has and continues to post pics from the show, looks like it was one hell of a show!

#1332 7 years ago

Whoo.... tired. Thoughts to come. Enjoyed it a lot. Too much to see and do.

#1333 7 years ago

Awesome show. Pinball is finally past where it stopped in 2001. The Spooky Pinball doc was a fun watch even though the owner is just too nice. . I had a laugh when the creators of the doc complained that they couldn't find any drama. They had a half dozen pinball companies to choose from if they wanted that. I would pay to watch a predator pinball doc. It would probably be like the documentary Tickled, where it just gets dumber and weirder the deeper you go.

On another note, I think someone intentionally scratched up the glass on one of the 60-1 cocktails. I am not a huge fan of everyone lugging a 60-1 to the show hoping to get 1k+ but I would like to hope it wasn't done by someone hoping to sell the one they brought. In know it wasn't brought like that because I had on it on Friday playing Qix while playing pizza.

AWARDS:
Custom Machine:
Buffy The Vampire Slayer took first place. Total Annihilation took runner up.

Both games were Top 10 favorites for us this weekend. Just my opinion, but I felt Total Annihilation was the most talked about game at the show. There was a crowd surrounding the game most of the weekend.

#1335 7 years ago

Thank you organizers and participants, another great show this year. And special thanks for Labnip for all the pics, feels like the show is still on!

Total Annihilation is a really something special: Scott if you read this please do another run of your shirts. I would wear that shirt with pride if it helps you fund the game's development (even if it is just that one prototype). I've played nearly every game released in the last 3 years (MG and Nemo are the only two I haven't I believe) and out of that group Total Annihilation is my favorite. Thanks for bring it to TPF!

#1337 7 years ago

Total Annihilation was amazing. That game was a true joy to play.

TPF always seems to have some the most eye-catching and well-done show postcards and t-shirts.

I can see why you'd say that, but...I dunno, dude...Pintastic has one of the most eye-popping designs I've ever seen.

A few more of the Apron of Densinty 2.0 from today.

Jared had never heard of the AoD? Really? He needs to be on social media a little more.

RD has taken it into his hands for a long journey to NZ. It will return to the states with a few new tattoos and friends.
