I am sure they are nice people, but I don't like crowds or traffic so September and October are the months I enjoy the most.

You're right, and I would add Bay Head and Mantoloking to that list as well.
My buddy owns 3 restaurants within blocks from the beach in Monmouth and Ocean counties. His most profitable time is between September and December.
