Easiest I remember is IM and TOM. Both cakewalks. IJ was pretty easy too. Toughest...not so sure. Maybe Addams? I remember the back being a real bitch to work on, but it's been so long.

    Terminator 2 - 7 (I hate all the plastics/ramps and skull)
    Hotdoggin - 3
Time Warp - 5 (drop targets are shit)
    Space Invaders - 3

    Quoted from TwilightZone:

Safecracker - 10 It's tight, tight, tight. Very challenging to shop.

Isn't that the truth. More stuff packed in per square inch than any other game I've ever seen.

For clarity my "shop jobs" include:

    -Stripping the top down completely
-Dropping all switches/targets below the playfield and tying back
    -Remove/clean subways
    -Tumbling all small parts
-Hand polishing and power buffing all larger metal parts
-Power buffing smaller metal parts (including screw heads) that are prominent on the playfield
    -Hand washing all rubber/plastic parts
    -Playfield clean, polish and wax
    -Flame polish ramps
    -New rubbers, balls, bulbs, etc.
    -Adjust switches, repair/replace broken stuff
    -Vacuum out/clean cabinet
    -Change batteries

Ok, that OCD exercise aside, here's my ratings:

Hurricane: 5 (document the post heights ... There's a dozen or two different posts in use)
    Dolly Parton: 3
    Taxi: 4.5
Addams Family: 6 (meh ... A lot of flippers, otherwise pretty straightforward)
    Baseball(EM): 3
    CFTBL: 6
    Devil's Dare: 4
BSD: 6.5. (Several gotchas with ramp spacers/post heights, photograph your teardowns thoroughly)
Whitewater: 5.5 (surprisingly easy considering all the moans I hear from others. And I've done 2)
Flintstones: 6 (includes teardown of "The Machine")
STNNG: 8.5 (love mine, but never want to shop one again, ever! )
Black Rose: 6 (estimated, I'm in progress with this one, so we'll see)

And while I haven't shopped it, I'll rate Medusa a 10 just because replacing the bulbs burried deep behind the Olympus Targets without pulling the playfield is an act of extreme patience, dexterity, physical contortionism, with a dash of temporary Tourette's Syndrome.
