I'd go with Tron. Only thing gameplay you miss is draftpunk multi-ball and some drop targets.
AC/DC Pro and Premium are completely different games. Pro is in you face speed the entire game, the premium is fast but with a little slower feel. As previous owner of a pro a current owner of a premium I can see why a few people would own both.
