Had my weekly FOF yesterday and as usual, the filet was not centered on the bun. It is impossible to re-center it because everything becomes fused together from the steamer I suppose. I know, FWP.

The White Castle fish sandwich is pretty good now that they use Panko breading.

Had my weekly FOF meal yesterday. Excellent and they even got it centered on the bun. $7.95 with a large drink and fries.

Tried adding the slivered onions today. Most excellent! Anyone tried adding pickles?

    Quoted from tullster:

I dunno, adding onions pushes the limits of perfection, but somehow it works. Maybe pickles, but lets not get too daring here. I might try it once if someone else goes first. Absolutely no lettuce or tomato for sure!

    Next Tuesday.

    Quoted from pinnyheadhead:

Good reminder. Did not enjoy lettuce when I added on but pickles may work for me. After not having a FOF in 15 years I am on my third week in a row with FOF’s now
What was the price of admission for an FOF in MO?

$7.95 with a large drink and fries.

I approve the use of ketchup.

Anyone ever order a Double FOF? Would you get two half slices of cheese? I might try to order one on my next lunch outing.

    Quoted from SuperGrafx:

Today's FoF. I'll rate this one an 8.5

Look how nicely placed that fish is when they put the cheese on top. No way for the fish to stick to the lower bun. Did you ask for the cheese on top?
I think they just want to hide the fact that there is only a half slice of cheese under there.
