Alright. So on Sunday, I needed my FoF real bad… and was hungry as hell (desperation was setting in) so ventured out to get my fix. I needed to do grocery shopping, so figured I would eat at McD’s first and then go get groceries.
Went to one McD’s (lobby was closed, only drive-thru). I wanted to eat NOW and don’t like to eat in my car, so drove down the road to the next one - closed. I was getting even more desperate now so I tried Arby’s (closed), Taco Bell (drivethru only), and Chipotle (closed)! At 11:30AM on a Sunday.
What the crap people?!
My name is skink… it’s been like 2 weeks since my last FoF. I am so ashamed.

I am in Maryland and a few years ago old bay FoF was around, but I haven't seen if for a while. It was pretty disappointing, they only added a bit of old bay to the tartar sauce. I love old bay, but I preferred the original FoF.
My last trip to McD's I got the McRib, but should have gotten a FoF- especially with the buy one get one deal on the app.

Curse this thread! I discovered it yesterday and was mystically compelled to seek out the FoF. To my chagrin I was denied this gift of the sea gods. Only the McRib was offered in failed sacrifice to quench my desire for such eloquent delicassy.

I must say, I'm a bit disappointed in the judgment of how the FoF is served. The holy goodness of the FoF starts and ends with the delectable goodness of that fish patty that just doesn’t taste like fast food at all. It's truly one of the best options McDonald's offers and I didn't always think that, but this thread helped convince me of that.
Want slivered onions? not my choice, but I applaud you for your decorations of taste you choose to add to that foundation. Want extra cheese? yummm... want ketchup? Go for it. I haven't tried it, but might just next time.
Come on guys... we're a support group for those in need of their next fix or just fighting the battle of thinking of FoF every day all day. Too much divisive discussion in the world today... FoF should unite us all... in any form!!
FoF does not have ketchup… it has tartar sauce. McRibs and Quarter Pounders are not FoFs.
I do not downvote people, as I hate everyone equally… you all suck. I just downvote bad judgement and poor taste, which I cannot understand - don’t people want to live better?! Are you mad???
I think we're pushing the limits here... Onions? fine. Lettuce? fine. Most of the other suggestions? fine.
But ketchup on a FoF is the equivalent of Tartar Sauce on a McRib or Quarter Pounder. To each their own, but it just seems wrong. 
(IMO of course)
It's all good here, as long as there's more delicious FoF than Ketchup (or whatever).
If you're thinking ketchup soup with FoF chunks sprinkled in, please start a new ketchup thread.

McDonalds has consistency issues..
To get hot fries or food in general these days you have to go in and custom order and wait and I am way too lazy for that.
The filet of fish if it comes out just cooked is cool but 90% of the time it will be a soggyass mess like most stuff they serve.
I think 90% of the reason people love In and Out is everything always comes out hot and fresh off the grill or out of the fryer. Their quality control is second to none.
