I read somewhere (pinwiki I think) that tp2 can vary by 29 volts (something like that). I am also seeing < 200 on tp2 on my board. But up top was fine so I wasn't as concerned.

Also wanted to take the opportunity to confirm something - are the test points supposed to be measured with just J2 connected and everything else disconnected, or under load ie all 3 connectors hooked up and in attract mode?
