On a System 11b someone ripped out the original mechanical, reliable flipper and replaced it with this. My problem is F5 - 2 Amp SB on the aux driver board blows occasionally. Chips on this flipper board was sanded off of identification markings. One power transistor was swapped at one point so I know what that is, and I just went ahead and replaced the 3. No difference. Works for days then blows fuse. Today I shotgunned and reflowed solder on this board and the interconnect board where several were cracked. When I took the interconnect board out, the trace right after F5 had previously fried and a wire was added so, this has been problematic in the past.
Anyway, long winded, but is anyone familiar with this flipper board?

Looks like a redemption arcade board to me. It was probably some sort of hack.

Personally, I would get rid of it and put the game back to what the original factory config should be.

That's exactly where my head is going at this point. I just needed some encouragement...

Oddly enough at Pastime Pinball where I repair, and the aftermarket mystery board was blowing fuses in Party Monsters, BK 2000 is literally back to back to Elvira. I cut all the stupid wires and nicely put it back to original. No more blown fuses after a week of heavy play by the OCFFB little "monsters". Obsessive Compulsive Flipping Fuse Blowing.
