Anyone else see the new episode last night?
How long has it been since they were on TV, some folks haven't aged well.

I used to watch way back in the day. Isn't there some lawsuit of fraud or something going on?

“Let’s milk this for all its worth...”

Was a neat glimpse into the subculture but I didn’t need an encore.

Wagers on how long it lasts?

Yes, interesting to get caught up but we are caught up now!

Sr. is broke, so this must be an easy way for him to make some money perhaps?

***edit*** Just realized that the link says Paul Teutul Jr., but the article talks about Sr.

I watched it on and off, but I tired of it pretty quickly. I think it was one of the first shows of its type, and they settled into a formula pretty quickly. Introduction to project, fab work, excursion (paintball, dune buggies, whatever), big fight, "we're gonna miss the deadline!", reveal.

I thought Jr and Sr had a big falling out and Jr started on his own? I'd be curious to see who that played out. The characters were interesting which is why it had the success it did.

I just realized that Pawn Stars has the same cast of characters, but with the addition of an old guy. huh.

Can't he just churn out more sub par bikes with poor electrical systems?

I just watched a recent episode of Pawn Stars. You can kinda tell they don't even want to be there.

That show died forever the day that Vinnie was kicked off.

Senior, as he's known on the show and locally, is actually Jr. He did just file for bankruptcy.

The only show on the (ahem) "History" channel that was even halfway decent was "American Restoration" until they ruined that one, too. I'm so glad I cut the cord a few years ago.

Maybe the History channel needs to start a show where a family restores pinball machines and sells them to wealthy TV stars and athletes. The son could travel the country and buy used machines and “pick” old barn find pins. The dad and son could argue over wether the pins he brought home could be restored cheap enough to make money. Damn... that would be the same theme as all the other shows.
